What is Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSA)?
SLSA is a gentle, natural surfactant that provides a rich, stable lather in your bath bombs, shampoos and other cosmetics.
SLSA is quite mild, and is a lot less irritating than SLS. It is a white powder that is relatively fine in grain size, think somewhere between our bicarbonate of soda and citric acid in size.

Caution While Using SLSA
We recommend using a mask while working with SLSA as it can be irritating to work with in its pure form, but it is perfectly safe when incorporated into your recipe. We recommend 3%-10% as a good starting point for a usage rate
