Are you interested in purchasing our amazing ingredients, but you are worried about the delivery fees and the time it will take to arrive? This is where you can find out all the information you need. 

How much does delivery cost?

Good news, mainland UK deliveries are free of charge, regardless of the weight of the order. This excludes shipping to restricted areas which costs between £4.99 - £9.99 and the shipping of dangerous goods to mainland UK which costs £2.99.

Orders to Northern Ireland, highlands, offshore locations and restricted areas weighing 4kg and under are shipped for free. Orders between 4kg - 15kg to these locations have a £4.99 charge per parcel (excluding sodium hydroxide). Orders over 15kg have a £9.99 charge per parcel (maximum 25kg). This shipping option will be available to select at the checkout.

Below you will find the list of postcodes that require a shipping fee for orders over 4kg or orders that include dangerous goods:

The Highlands, Islands and restricted areas of Scotland – postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-80, PH4-41, PH49-50, ZE, AB31-38, AB41-AB45, AB51-56, FK17-21.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly – postcodes: BT, IM, PO30-41, JE, GY, TR21-25.

How long does it take for us to dispatch orders?

Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), we always dispatch orders the same day if they are placed before 3pm. Anything after that is usually dispatched the next working day. On Saturday, we dispatch orders the same day if they are placed before 10am.

How long does delivery take?

To mainland UK addresses we deliver anything over 3kg through a next working day service, everything under 3kg (or to more remote/offshore UK locations) is dispatched with Royal Mail and may take 3-5 working days to arrive.

Can I add express delivery?

Absolutely! We offer next working day delivery for orders under 3kg to mainland UK; however, it does come with an extra charge of £4.99. Unfortunately, this service is not available for highlands, islands and offshore locations.

Please note that for orders placed on Friday, next day delivery is not guaranteed. However, we do offer Saturday delivery at an extra charge of £10.56 per parcel (maximum 25kg), if ordered before 3pm on Friday for Mainland UK only.

Do you ship pallets?

Unless specified, orders 250kg and over to Mainland UK will be shipped on a pallet, delivery will take 2-3 working days. If you would like to purchase express pallet delivery, we can offer this service at an extra cost of £18.

For Highlands and Island locations, we offer pallet shipping for £42.

Please note that the pallet service is only available Monday to Friday.

For same day pallet dispatch, the order needs to be placed before 7am. Everything after that will be dispatched the next working day.
