Can you believe it's December already this week! We've all heard in the news how Christmas is going to be a busy time for retailers and delivery companies this year, so we do encourage you to place your orders as soon as you can to make sure your packages land on your doorstep in good time. But just in case you need an item later in December, here is some useful info:
Last Order Dates for Christmas & New Year:
- Order before 3pm on 16th December for Royal Mail 2nd class delivery (orders weighing 250g or less)
- For Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery (orders of 3kg and below) order before 3pm on 18th December.
- Order by 3pm on the 20th December for Royal Mail 24 tracked delivery (orders that have upgraded to express shipping)
- For DHL and DPD next working day delivery (orders weighing 4kg or more) order before 3pm on 20th December
- After these dates any orders placed before 8am on 24th December will be dispatched that day, orders placed after this time will be dispatched on 27th December
- Orders placed by 8am on 31st December will be dispatched that day, later orders will be dispatched on 2nd January
Customer Service Opening Times for Christmas & New Year:
- Closed from 10am on 24th December until 27th December
- Closed on 1st January
- Please note response times will be a little slower than usual during these times as we'll have limited staff in the office
