Raspberry seed oil is cold pressed from the seeds of the red raspberry. Our cold pressed raspberry oil is golden in colour with a faint fruity scent.
Raspberry oil is rich in vitamin E and in essential fatty acids like linoleic acid. This helps overall skin health and improves moisture retention.
What is raspberry oil used for?
Raspberry seed oil is commonly used in skin care products like serums, face oils, lotions, moisturisers and creams. It has amazing hydrating properties and it helps improve moisture retention on the skin.
It has a comedogenic rating of 0, meaning it won't clog pores. It is suitable for all skin types including dry skin, oily skin and mature skin.
It is often said raspberry oil is good for sun protection, however there is not enough scientific evidence to prove this has UV protection properties.

Ingredients
- Organic shea butter 100g
- Raspberry oil 50ml
- Jojoba oil 50ml
Method
- Heat the shea butter over boiling water or in a microwave until fully melted.
- Add the raspberry oil and jojoba oil to the melted shea butter.
- Mix together until fully combined and leave to cool in the fridge.
- When the mixture has started to set, whisk for 5 - 10 minutes until it reaches creamy consistency.
- Once the mixture looks light and fluffy, it is ready to use!
