What is organic yellow beeswax?
Organic beeswax is a natural wax produced by worker bees. Our bees wax comes in small pellets and is yellow in colour.
Natural yellow beeswax is produced without the use of any pesticides or harmful chemicals in the beehive. Beekeepers also make sure there are no substances in the farms where the honeybees, and honey are kept.
Worker bees can travel up to around 6 miles to collect pollen or food. Beekeepers ensure there are no farms or plants within this radius that contain pesticides to ensure the bees wax is organic.
Our organic beeswax is 100% pure and is certified organic by the Soil Association. We are audited once a year to make sure that we comply with their strict standards.
What is yellow beeswax used for?
Yellow beeswax is a natural product that is often used in cosmetics like lip balms, creams, soap, balms, lotion bars and moisturisers.
Bees wax has great moisturising properties and locks in moisture to the skin. The wax helps to create a protective barrier that helps keep the skin hydrated.
It is also used in body care products as an emulsifier and thickener. However, this is not an emulsifier product and the structure may not last.
Bees wax can also be used in candle making as a natural wax alternative. They can also burn longer than normal paraffin wax candles.

Method:
