  4. Remove from the heat and place in the fridge to cool

  5. Once the mixture is looking like it is starting to set, whisk for 5-10 minutes. It should reach a light, creamy consistency

  6. Now your skin treatment is ready for use!

How to make an almond massage oil

Sweet almond oil is a great carrier oil for massage oils as it is very nourishing on the skin. Apply almond oil to the skin directly with the diluted essential oil for a relaxing massage oil.

For refreshing and cooling massage blends, dilute 10ml of peppermint essential oil into 1L of almond oil.

For a relaxing massage blend, dilute 10ml of lavender essential oil into 1L of almond oil.
