What is Refined Hemp Seed Oil?

Originating from China, our refined hemp oil is pressed from hemp seeds of the cannabis sativa plant. The oil has a light texture and is golden in colour, with a neutral scent. Also check out our other products: hemp oil and organic hemp oil.

Our hemp seed products are extracted from the seed of the plant, so the oil does not contain any CBD or cannabinoids.

What is Hemp Seed Oil Used For?

Hemp seed oil is high in essential fatty acids and omega 3 & 6 and has amazing moisturising and nourishing properties.

It has a comedogenic rating of 0 so it won't clog pores. It can be used on any skin type including acne prone skin, dry skin, irritated skin, oily skin and more!

Hemp seed oil refined can be used in skincare products like moisturisers, creams and massage oils.

Make your own skin treatment with refined hemp seed oil

Ingredients

• Organic shea butter 100g
• Hemp seed oil 50ml
• Jojoba oil 50ml

Method

1. Measure the shea butter and melt in a bowl over hot water or a microwave
2. Weigh out the jojoba oil and refined hemp seed oil.
3. Mix the oils into the melted shea butter
4. Once fully combined, leave to cool in the fridge.
5. Once the mixture looks like it is starting to set, whisk until it creates a creamy whipped consistency.
6. Now your skin treatment is ready to use!
